Waves Ducks Game Strategy
Next, I will tell a little of my strategy in this game, since it started until today.
The first part is simple to explain, I started accumulating EGG in the first distribution rounds. We must remember that, in the beginning, the first distribution rounds gave out more EGG for simple tasks on Twitter, like retweeting for example. Keep accumulating EGGs and wait, then came a wonderful functionality, The Incubator. This allowed me to make the best use of the accumulated EGG as possible, being able to get most of my ducks between 1 and 2 EGG, good business (key at the beginning). These ducks I did not Hatch them immediately, I left some hacth for new characters, but this I certainly could have done better, I admit, but I did not know the mechanics of the game well.
I started to match the ducks when they added the Breeding functionality, the first ducks were Satoshi and Elon’s children. At the beginning there were only two, but I think I got desperate looking for the 100% Rarity ducks and wasted some Hatch when there were still few characters, a mistake, but for learning, there is no problem in this.
Once the new DIP updates have been arriving, I have been fine tuning the strategy, next, I will mention some things I have been learning:
- Incubation is better to do it every time the Admins add a new Genesis Duck to the game, because at that moment the price to incubate drops (this can be done monthly with the farm’s earnings).
- After hatching, I will wait a while (long term game strategy) to do the Hatch, making sure to do Hatch only when Genesis Ducks I already have come out, so I make sure that the Hatches give me Genesis Ducks I don’t currently have.
- Having already a clear idea about the game and the importance of genes and their quantity, it is necessary to know which ducks to match, you can not do it as at the beginning that there were only two Genesis Ducks, now it is necessary to know how to choose which ones to match, to then have a greater chance of getting ducks with a greater combination of genes (I can match ducks with genes A and B on the one hand and C and D ducks on the other, then marrying the offspring with luck you get a 4 genes Duck: A, B, C and D).
- The best Ducks in Rarity come to the farm to produce more EGG, some others can come to the duck market and thus get profits that return to the game of course.
- Currently waiting for DIP-3, the rumor is that Genesis Ducks will have utility again with something called rebirth, which we don’t have many details on yet, but I have made sure I have a Genesis Duck of each gen, see if hopefully I keep increasing my ducks and their Rarity, which will help the farm increase production.
So far this has been my game strategy and my next steps, I don’t know if I have forgotten anything, but roughly speaking, this has been my journey through this wonderful and profitable game.
